Pricing & Packages

Session prices include the session and everything listed. Additional services and products will be an additional charge, and the balance will be due before images are delivered. There is a $20 non-refundable reservation fee due within 24 hours of the time of booking that will be put toward the balance of your session.

Is there a deposit and when is payment due?

Yes, there is a $20 deposit due at the time of booking that will be put towards the balance of the session before I will add it to my schedule. I can not hold dates/times without the deposit.

The remainder of the balance is due by the day of the session. Photos will not be delivered for review until the balance is paid in full.

You may pay the balance in partial payments if needed as long as the balance is paid by the day of the session. If this is the case, please let me know so we can work out the details.

What happens after the session?

I will download and do minor edits on images within 1 week. Those images will be uploaded to pixieset.com and an e-mail will be sent for you to view them.

You will view the images and create a favorites list by clicking the heart on the top right of the page when viewing the photos individually, and inform me once you have added and finalized the correct number of images for your package.
I will then verify and invoice you for any additional pictures you have chosen beyond the number your package comes with (if any).

Once that invoice has been paid I will begin final edits on your photos. There is a 2-4 week turn around time for final images.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

The $20 fee due at booking is non refundable once the session has been scheduled.

If a session is rescheduled with more than 24 hrs notice the $20 fee can be used towards the rescheduled session. If a session needs to be rescheduled with less than 24 hrs notice a new $20 booking fee will need to be paid for the new session.

A 48 hour notice is requested for cancelations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Can I change my package on the day of?

Yes, you may change your package preference on the day of. Not all extras (cake for cake smash, for example) will be available to add on without extended notice.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, you will receive the printing rights to the digital images you receive for the package you choose.

However, you do have the option of ordering prints through me from my preferred printing company. I am able to order prints, canvas prints, photo books, announcements, Christmas cards, ornaments, and much more. Just ask for any requests you have.

Do you shoot weddings?

No, currently I do not photograph weddings.

Can I get the RAW or unedited images?

No, I do not offer for clients to purchase the RAW files or unedited images.
